Currently, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of **Selection Analyst with Experience** for mass hiring roles, to be based in the district of **Surco**. **FUNCTIONS:** * Validate selection requirements to ensure selection process quality and maintain headcount control. * Conduct recruitment through various job boards and proactively via headhunting to secure top talent. * Support selection assistants. * Carry out competency-based selection to identify the candidate profile best suited to the position. * Close recruitment processes within the system and generate selection metrics to produce reports ensuring effective recruitment management. * Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations. * Responsible for updating staff job profiles and functional manuals. * Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees. * Participate in job fairs and maintain a presence at leading universities to ensure access to young professional profiles for required positions. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. * Two years’ experience in mass recruitment. * Availability to work in Surco. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration. * Market-competitive salary. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: PEN 1,800.00 – PEN 2,500.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have experience in mass hiring processes? * Are you a Psychology graduate? * Where do you currently reside?
