Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to administer, supervise, and control projects, services, and resources, ensuring delivery of deliverables and leadership of technical personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Project administration and supervision in commercial operations. 2. Management of resources and technical personnel for project execution. 3. Preparation of technical reports and project monitoring. We are TECH INDUSTRIAS GLOBALES SRL, and we are looking for a professional for the **PROJECT MANAGER** position with the following requirements: Required Degree: **Bachelor's degree and/or certified graduate** in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. Required Experience: * 1 year supervising various activities of Commercial Operations for electricity distribution companies in the industrial sector and/or installation of metering systems. * Knowledge of the Technical Standard for Electric Service Quality (NTCSE). * Project management knowledge based on the PMBOK framework. * Proficiency in DigSILENT (power flow, short-circuit analysis, transient stability, and protection coordination). * Proficiency in ETAP (power flow, short-circuit analysis, protection coordination, and arc flash analysis). Competencies: * Basic Excel. Main Responsibilities: * Administer projects, services, and resources both in office and field environments. * Ensure delivery of deliverables to internal and external clients. * Prepare technical reports for site visits. * Monitor and track assigned projects. * Lead and supervise field-based technical personnel. * Manage resources required for project execution. * Comply with guidelines, policies, and regulations of the Integrated Management System. * Participate in programs, plans, procedures, and training under the Integrated Management System. * Participate in identifying and communicating environmental aspects, impacts, and emergencies. * Properly segregate organizational waste.
