Job Summary: We are seeking a Fixed Assets and Project Control Analyst to monitor budget execution, manage inventories and fixed assets, and identify cost deviations in projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages budgetary control of investment projects (CAPEX). 2. Controls and updates the physical and accounting inventory of fixed assets. 3. Prepares management reports for decision-making. A leading company in the industrial sector is seeking top talent to fill the position of **Fixed Assets and Project Control Analyst** at our Callao office. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control the budget execution of investment projects (CAPEX). * Control, record, and update the company's physical and accounting inventory of fixed assets (additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation). * Identify and analyze cost deviations in projects and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate and conduct physical inventory counts at respective facilities. * Prepare management reports, project progress reports, and asset status reports for management decision-making. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and current accounting standards related to fixed assets. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of proven experience performing similar roles such as Fixed Assets Analyst, Project Control Analyst, or Senior Management Control Assistant. * **Technical Skills:** \* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas). * ERP system experience preferred (SAP, StarSoft, or similar). * Knowledge of inventory management, project valuation, and accounting standards (IAS 16\). **Benefits:** * Direct payroll registration with all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacation, ESSALUD). * Market-competitive salary * Growth opportunities Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * How many years of verified experience do you have managing the full lifecycle of fixed assets and budgetary control of investment projects (CAPEX)? * What is your level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (please specify functions used), and which ERP systems have you worked with? * Are you available to work in Callao? * Please state your salary expectations. * Please provide your contact number.
