Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to manage projects, services, and resources, ensure delivery of deliverables, and lead field technical personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Manages projects and resources in office and field settings. 2. Leads and supervises field technical personnel. 3. Manages resources for project execution. We are TECH INDUSTRIAS GLOBALES SRL., and we are looking for a professional for the position of **PROJECT MANAGER**, with the following requirements: Required Degree: **Bachelor's degree and/or certified professional** in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. Required Experience: * One (1) year supervising various Commercial Operations activities for electricity distribution companies in the industrial sector and/or installation of metering systems. * Knowledge of the Technical Standard for Electric Service Quality (NTCSE). * Project management knowledge based on the PMBOK framework. * Proficiency in DigSILENT (power flow, short-circuit analysis, transient stability, and protection coordination). * Proficiency in ETAP (power flow, short-circuit analysis, protection coordination, and arc flash analysis). Competencies: * Basic Excel skills. Main Responsibilities: * Manage projects, services, and resources in office and field settings. * Ensure compliance with deliverables for internal and external clients. * Prepare technical reports for site visits. * Monitor and track assigned projects. * Lead and supervise field technical personnel. * Manage resources for project execution. * Comply with guidelines, policies, and regulations of the Integrated Management System. * Participate in programs, plans, procedures, and training sessions of the Integrated Management System. * Participate in identifying and communicating environmental aspects, impacts, and emergencies. * Properly segregate organizational waste.
