Life insurance from the date of employment **Company Description** A leading company in its sector is seeking a Junior Laboratory Analyst. **Job Description** * Conduct tests according to procedures or test methods, applying good laboratory practices, impartiality, and confidentiality regarding generated information. * Verify calibration status and operational readiness of equipment. * Prepare reagents and standards for analyses. * Perform necessary controls during test execution. * Report data and information required for result evaluation and/or validation. * Comply with the established Program for Ensuring Result Validity for the applicable test method. * Identify non-conformities during activity execution and propose necessary corrective actions. * Schedule activities according to priorities set by the Laboratory Supervisor. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the laboratory. **Requirements** * Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Fisheries Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Biology, Biology\-Microbiology, Microbiology \-Parasitology, or technical programs in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, Industrial Chemistry, or Metallurgy. * Experience: ideally 1 year * Minimum required competencies: Practical and theoretical knowledge of analytical methods relevant to the area or service. * Knowledge: Laboratory procedures and equipment usage; safety regulations and traceability requirements for sample handling. **Additional Information** * Life insurance from the date of employment with the organization * Special leave entitlements * Ongoing training
