We're looking for talent like you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Design and maintain the warehouse Kardex \- Manage and improve workflows on existing logistics management software platforms \- Prepare logistics management reports \- Support in defining staffing levels and warehouse shift schedules **JOB REQUIREMENTS** \- Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Food Industry, Logistics, or related fields \- 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution \- Experience in food companies, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, retail, or mass consumer goods is desirable \- Technical skills: Proficiency with management systems (Odoo ERP, SAP Business One, Bravo ERP, Restaurant.pe, or other ERP/logistics systems) Solid knowledge of Supply 4.0, considering experience in data processing and generating operational reports Knowledge in inventory control, Kardex, shrinkage, and batch/expiration date management Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced filters, basic analytical formulas) Knowledge of logistics KPIs (inventory turnover, service level, productivity) is desirable Power BI knowledge is desirable **Competencies**: \- Organization and attention to detail \- Teamwork and effective communication with operational departments \- Speed in making decisive decisions \- Analytical ability and data handling \- Proactivity in proposing process improvements \- Ability to work under pressure and during high-demand periods Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 \- S/.2,100.00 per month Work location: On-site
