Our **VAS** team is looking for an **Operations Coordinator** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to ensure operational excellence and workshop integration by coordinating multi-brand operations, legal entities, systems, and complex service lines (mechanical, LPG, corrective services, certifications, bodywork and paint). Be a catalyst for continuous improvement and cultural alignment within the team. **What you will do** * Map, document, and optimize key processes to ensure efficiency and profitability. * Integrate cross-functional operations (mechanical, PyP, certifications, bodywork and paint). * Lead the operational launch and stabilization process of the new workshop. * Monitor and drive productivity, profitability, and capacity utilization indicators. * Map end-to-end service processes (customer flow, workshop, and back office). * Define responsibilities and workflows among different units and legal entities. * Establish an implementation plan for the positions involved. * Monitor daily performance: throughput, GP, sold hours, WIP, cycle times, and reworks. * Ensure compliance with HSE, ICS, and operational quality standards. * Coordinate communication between Service, Parts, Body & Paint, and Administration departments. * Support the implementation of digital tools and standard operating procedures. * Report weekly progress, KPIs, and improvement plans to management. * Ensure proper integration of the workshop within the company's aftersales network. **About you** * Industrial, Systems, or Mechanical Engineer. * Intermediate English and intermediate-level office software skills desirable. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive operations management or process improvement. **What we offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility, and we invite you to do it with us.
