Position Summary: Execute and calculate the correct payroll processing for employees, submit monthly declarations to government entities to ensure timely payment of salaries and statutory obligations, and actively participate in key corporate projects. Active participation in corporate projects and process improvement. **Date:** 21 Aug 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Execute and calculate the correct payroll processing for Alicorp Peru and its local subsidiaries, as well as submit monthly declarations to government entities in accordance with Alicorp standards, to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and other statutory obligations per current labor regulations. Assignment and active participation in various relevant corporate projects. **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------- * Execute and validate the monthly payroll and special payrolls (bi-weekly, productivity bonus, profit-sharing, educational benefits) for blue-collar and white-collar personnel of Alicorp Peru and its subsidiaries. Ensure compliance with monthly payroll processes by meeting defined deadlines according to Alicorp standards. * Verify payroll calculation reasonableness through operational controls for Alicorp Peru and its subsidiaries. Ensure calculation integrity and timely payroll disbursement. * Calculate and validate social benefits including CTS (Compensatory Severance Pay), bonuses, and vacation entitlements. Guarantee timely payment of statutory benefits in compliance with current labor regulations. * Calculate reimbursements, process payments related to collective bargaining agreement closures, and update parameters for auxiliary benefits for operational staff. Ensure correct payment of accrued amounts agreed upon during collective bargaining agreement closures and for non-unionized personnel. * Prepare and validate supporting documentation for labor and tax audits, economic reports, litigation, and inspections, coordinated with responsible areas (HR, Corporate Legal, etc.). Ensure compliance with inspection requirements and requests from Sunafil, Sunat, and the Judiciary. * Submit monthly declarations and contributions to government entities: Sunat (PDT), AFP/ONP, Essalud, and Senati. Ensure monthly reporting of pension system contributions and tax obligations to Sunat. * Perform payroll accounting close and ensure proper accruals for vacations, bonuses, and CTS. Guarantee accurate payroll accounting and accruals impacting expenses within financial statements. * Support internal/external audits, SOX compliance, and other corporate requests, delivering deliverables within established timelines. * Actively participate in corporate projects such as acquisition/integration of new companies and/or plant/business closures. Achieve corporate objectives within established guidelines. * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose alternatives for simplification, automation, process controls, and risk mitigation, as well as manage technical incidents affecting Peru payroll systems. Ensure proper functioning of payroll systems and optimize payroll-related processes to guarantee business continuity at the corporate level within SLA timelines. * Generate payroll-related reports and dashboards requested by business units. Provide key data and relevant metrics for business decision-making. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * Professionals holding degrees in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of labor and tax legislation. * Knowledge of Human Resource Management – Personnel Administration. * Language: Basic English. * Proficiency in technological tools: Office, Power BI. * Experience with software: SAP4HANA, SAP R3, SuccessFactors.
