A pharmacy with over 5 years in the market, engaged in the marketing, storage, and nationwide distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, serving hospitals, is seeking talented and proactive professionals to join our team. Responsibilities \- Generate purchase orders and track orders for pharmaceutical products and medical devices. \- Continuously identify alternative products and new suppliers. \- Prepare supplier-wise product analysis charts to improve profitability. \- Enter inventory into the ERP system. \- Generate daily and weekly departmental reports. \- Track pending documentation requiring regularization (exchange letters, invoices, credit notes). \- Coordinate with Sales to prepare economic proposals for government procurement processes. \- Issue and manage invoicing, debit notes, and credit notes. Requirements \- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in the healthcare or mass-consumption sector. \- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory). \- Strong negotiation and analytical abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
