Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Assistant / Housekeeper to maintain our apartments in perfect condition, ensuring cleanliness and disinfection while adhering to quality protocols. We are looking for detail-oriented, responsible individuals with strong motivation to work and maintain our apartments in perfect condition. What do we offer? * **Fixed salary:** S/ 1,400\. * **Work arrangement:** You report to our offices in **San Isidro or Miraflores**, from where we transport you to assigned apartments; at the end of your shift, we return you the same way. * **Induction: We train you!** Your main responsibilities: * Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of apartments (bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens). * Make beds and change linens following our protocols. * Prepare and maintain your cleaning carts and supplies according to standards. * Verify that all room equipment functions correctly and promptly report any malfunctions to your immediate supervisor. * Record daily incidents and forgotten items (*Lost \& Found*). * Inspect and replenish *amenities* (soaps, shampoos, water, etc.) during each service. What profile are we seeking? * **Education:** High school diploma (completed or incomplete). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 months of experience as a cleaning assistant, cleaning operator, or in related fields is preferred. * **Tools:** Must own a **smartphone**, as we collect evidence of completed cleaning tasks via WhatsApp or Telegram.
