In this opportunity, we are seeking CD Assistants meeting the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education and/or currently pursuing technical studies in Logistics Management and/or related fields. * Training related to Logistics Warehousing. * Minimum 3 months of experience in warehouses, distribution centers, and/or related areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform receiving, storage, and picking activities in accordance with documentation and established standards, ensuring accuracy in item selection and preparation timelines to guarantee correct and timely deliveries. * Monitor and track crew activities, verifying compliance to ensure their work integrates appropriately into the CD's operational rhythm. * Periodically inspect merchandise to identify damage or risks and report incidents, ensuring proper inventory preservation and preventing losses or claims. * Receive merchandise, requiring unloading personnel to exercise care during handling and stacking order, so that product counting and verification can be conducted quickly, orderly, and efficiently. * Receive merchandise, requiring unloading personnel to exercise care during handling and stacking order, ensuring standardized and safe processes that maintain the integrity of the logistics service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in receiving, warehousing, picking, and cross\-docking areas, creating available and safe spaces that enable continuous and efficient operations. * Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, supporting departmental needs.
