Job Summary: Coordinate fieldwork, supervise construction control, prepare valuations, ensure project execution, and manage resources and materials. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS: \- Licensed and registered Civil Engineer with over 4 years of professional experience. \- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Site Engineer. \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Site Engineer with proven infrastructure experience. \- Knowledge of MS PROJECT, P6, Powercost, P6, AutoCAD, and BIM. \- Experience in planning, Last Planner, and Lookahead. \- Experience in planning, Last Planner, and Lookahead. \- Experience in civil works and infrastructure. \- Experience in PMBOK, BIM, Last Planner, and lean construction. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Coordinate fieldwork and report to supervisors. \- Monitor and/or control physical progress and economic performance of the project. \- Prepare client and subcontractor construction valuations. \- Prepare, monitor, and justify construction change orders (additions and deductions). \- Ensure project execution within established quality, scope, schedule, and safety parameters. \- Optimize use of equipment, tools, and human resources, ensuring their proper utilization. \- Plan and coordinate with on-site personnel and subcontractors involved in the project. \- Supervise and control the quantity and quality of materials incorporated into the work, coordinating sampling and corresponding testing. \- Submit weekly or biweekly progress reports and promptly report any anomalies affecting project scope, schedule, quality, or safety. \- Manage material requirements and prepare reports on construction progress, quality control, personnel organization, meeting minutes, measurements, valuations, and other administrative documents.
