Responsible for inspections and safety On behalf of a leading industrial sector company, we are seeking a Multifunctional Production/Plant Operator for Callao. **Requirements** * Incomplete or completed secondary education. * Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in industrial sector companies. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). **Responsibilities** * In the molding area: responsible for bagging and palletizing trays. * In the pulper area: supplies raw materials such as paper and cardboard for tray manufacturing. * Provides direct support to the Auxiliary Operator in certain tasks. * Responsible for conducting product inspections within their assigned work area. * Responsible for understanding and complying with the SIG Policy and Objectives (Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety), the Internal Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, the Environmental Regulation, and the Internal Work Regulation. * Adheres to procedures, work instructions, and guidelines applicable to their position and the processes in which they participate. * Identifies hazards, reports incidents and accidents, and implements applicable occupational health and safety control measures. **Benefits** * Food allowance * Bonuses/Variable pay: Overtime compensation above average. * Corporate benefits Work location: On-site employment
