Requirements * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in mass recruitment and selection processes. * Experience recruiting **sales profiles**. * Prior experience in the **retail sector** is desirable. * Proficiency with job boards and recruitment tools. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and results orientation.
