Coordination with contractors and project progress management Hirata Aramayo S.A.C. is seeking a qualified, licensed, and registered Architect or Civil Engineer to serve as On-Site Resident Engineer for an office renovation and implementation project. **Requirements:** \- Licensed, registered, and authorized Architect or Civil Engineer. \- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience. \- Proven experience in office implementation, renovation, and retail projects. \- Experience executing similar construction works. \- Experience serving as on-site resident engineer, supervisor, or project execution manager. \- Ability to supervise fieldwork and monitor construction progress. \- Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel. \- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications. \- Responsible, organized, proactive professional with leadership capability. \- Availability for on-site work. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and control the proper execution of on-site works. \- Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and scheduling. \- Coordinate work execution with contractors, suppliers, and field personnel. \- Monitor progress, work quality, and schedule adherence. \- Track activities related to office implementation and renovation. \- Report progress, constraints, and incidents arising during project execution. \- Ensure compliance with technical requirements established for the project.
