EXPERIENCE AS A HOSTESS OR WAITER IS MANDATORY** **We are a renowned group of restaurants in the industry, currently seeking talent to fill the position of Waiter or Hostess at our restaurant located in the district of INDEPENDENCIA** Main Functions and Responsibilities · Provide warm and empathetic customer service, as well as handle complaints and/or issues that may arise in the dining area. · Develop suggestive sales of our products. · Address customer complaints and suggestions. · Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment, dining room furniture, and tableware. · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Profile Requirements · Work Experience: Prior experience of at least 3 years as a waiter or hostess in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments. **(MANDATORY)** · Skills: Customer service orientation, results-oriented mindset, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work under pressure. · Working Hours: Full-time schedule.
