Job Summary: We are seeking an expert CNC lathe operator for part manufacturing, machine and tool maintenance, and supervision of machining tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Expert operation of CNC lathes and appropriate machinery 2. Direct responsibility for the use of machine tools 3. Manufacturing parts according to technical specifications **RESPONSIBILITIES** **I. General Responsibilities:** * Operation of machine tools (CNC) * Manufacturing parts according to the technical specifications of each work order (O.T.) * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area * Keeping measuring tools in good condition * Using required personal protective equipment (PPE) for each task * Direct execution of assigned machining tasks * Direct responsibility for proper use of machine tools * Guiding and advising machining trainees * Submitting completed work to the supervisor for quality control * Correcting, replacing, and verifying all work as required by quality control **II. Supervisory Responsibilities:** Executing assigned tasks by operating appropriate machinery **JOB PROFILE** **I. Desired Education and Training:** * Advanced Technical Degree (Machine Tools) * Blueprint reading * Metrology training **II. Skills:** * Expertise in operating CNC lathes, preferably Fanuc and Okuma * Knowledge of Mastercam and Edgecam (intermediate to advanced level) * Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks (intermediate level) * Correct use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) * Accurate blueprint reading * Ability to work under pressure * Responsible * Dynamic * Punctual **III.
