The purpose of this role is to manage customer interactions and requirements related to preventive and corrective maintenance services, additional services, warranties, and body and paint work—consistently delivering technical advice and proposing commercial solutions that generate positive customer recommendations for our services. **Your Responsibilities** * Receive the customer’s vehicle and conduct the corresponding inventory (checklist). * Identify whether the vehicle is subject to recall campaigns and manage its corresponding handling. * Record the customer’s requirements and requests regarding their vehicle in the respective work orders (WOs). * Manage achievement of assigned monthly billing targets. * Advise the customer on the required repairs or services for their vehicle. * Offer additional services to enhance the customer’s overall workshop experience. * Timely communicate to the customer the status of their vehicle, estimated completion time, and pricing. * Follow up on the closure status of open WOs. * Coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor regarding required vehicle repairs. * Verify that the customer’s requested services have been completed on the vehicle. * Record necessary documentation to support recall or warranty claim processing. * Promote brand advocates among our customers. * Deliver the vehicle to the customer and explain the performed work using supporting documentation. * Manage appropriate payment collection, offering available payment methods. * Provide printed WOs and any other supporting documents or files to the customer—or vice versa—for proper recordkeeping. **About You** To succeed in this role, you must have: * Automotive Technician qualification and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * 3–5 years’ experience in customer service and service operations * Knowledge of automotive mechanics * Valid Class A1 driver’s license (Mandatory) **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and invite you to be part of it.
