Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to handle outgoing merchandise, maintain warehouse order, and optimize storage space. Key Highlights: 1. Warehouse experience and load optimization 2. Shipment preparation and goods handling 3. Compliance with good warehousing practices Responsibilities 1\. Handle outgoing merchandise in compliance with Good Warehousing Practices (GWP). 2\. Carry out all direct instructions from the area supervisor. 3\. Maintain order before and after daily tasks. 4\. Prepare shipments carefully, validating processes correctly to avoid operational incidents. 5\. Monitor the condition of goods to prevent losses. 6\. Optimize available loading space in transport units. Requirements Experience in warehouses / logistics operators / distribution centers. Physical availability for material stacking. Knowledge of material consolidation and loose-load optimization. Availability to work rotating shifts. Completed secondary education with academic certificate. Knowledge of good warehousing practices. Residence in areas near Callao, Ventanilla, and SMP.
