Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to perform transaction recording, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and accounts payable and receivable management. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Administration and organization of emails and correspondence. * Supervision and control of payments, as well as tracking of outstanding invoices. * Accounting Functions: Recording of financial transactions and account reconciliation. Preparation of financial reports: income, expense, and balance reports. * Accounts payable and receivable management: supplier payments, customer collections, invoicing, and receivables accounts. * Use of the accounting system for accounting management, invoicing, and financial reporting. * Support in export operational processes from intake through post-shipment. * Customer advisory on inquiries, complaints, and questions. REQUIREMENTS: \- Residence near Santiago de Surco \- Accounting student and/or graduate (Mandatory) \- Prior experience (Preferred) DETAILS: \- Salary: Competitive and market-aligned \- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM \- 5:00 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM \- 1:00 PM) Interested?
