(**Villa El Salvador**) What will be your mission? Operate and monitor distributed control systems, ensuring continuity of the production process, optimizing operations, and guaranteeing safety and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor the plant’s distributed control system. * Apply operational criteria that reduce equipment wear and maintenance costs. * Coordinate with the weighing and dispatch departments to ensure smooth output of produced cement. * Lead and coordinate routine activities, operational changes, or emergencies with field technicians. * Verify compliance with safety conditions during all operational maneuvers. * Ensure adherence to operating procedures, quality standards, and environmental regulations. * Assist in preparing daily reports. **Profile:** * Technical or university education (Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields) * Experience in industrial processes (preferably in cement plants) * Knowledge of process control and plant operations **Conditions:** * Work modality: On-site (Villa El Salvador) * Shift schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (rotating shifts) * Direct payroll enrollment from day one If you are seeking to join a solid company with job stability and growth opportunities, this could be your next big step.
