**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate N3 or higher category vehicles for heavy cargo transportation. * Inspect and ensure optimal vehicle conditions before, during, and after service. * Complete assigned routes, report incidents, and assist with loading/unloading as required. * Promptly report vehicle malfunctions and support additional logistics operations. * Adhere to schedules, routes, and responsibilities assigned by the company. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Valid A3C or A3B driver’s license. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics services, including port haulage (import/export) and movement of empty containers. * Knowledge of trailer coupling and uncoupling. * Port access permits preferred. * Residency in Callao or nearby areas. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * 12-HOUR SHIFT * Location: Callao (Gambetta). * Compensation: **PEN 3,000.00 + PEN 600.00 Productivity Bonus (Performance, Attendance, and Punctuality)** * Inclusion in the general payroll **(profit-sharing, severance fund, etc.)** * Competitive salary and market-aligned benefits.
