Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise transportation operations, performing physical tracking and appointment scheduling for container movement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of transportation operations and unit tracking. 2. Scheduling appointments for the pickup of imported containers. 3. Reporting expired appointments and removing returned containers from the system. Villas Oquendo S.A. is seeking a candidate who meets the following requirements: **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of: BASC standards interpretation, Occupational Health and Safety, and transportation regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with the Transportation Supervisor to select authorized companies for our shipping, unloading, container allocation, and return operations. * Conduct physical tracking of drivers and vehicles to expedite their movements, verifying warehouse entry/exit times as well as shift change and meal break schedules. * Manage the scheduling of appointments for the pickup of imported containers. * Generate reports on expired import and export appointments, including supporting documentation. * Remove returned containers from the system. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration (payroll) * Daily meals (lunch Monday–Friday) * 100% EPS health insurance * Commuting assistance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
