Position Summary: Support key accounting functions including billing, transaction recording, accounts receivable tracking, and financial report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Support in account analysis and financial statement preparation REQUIREMENTS \- Technical or bachelor's degree in Accounting \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions \- Proficiency in CONCAR and Excel \- Age between 20 and 30 years. \- Availability to work onsite from Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:00 pm) and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm \- Preferably residing in Callao or nearby areas BENEFITS \- Formal payroll enrollment from day one. \- Market-competitive salary \- Life insurance \- Monthly and timely payments \- Meal allowance. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Billing \- Recording sales and purchase invoices in CONCAR (uploading bulk invoices into the system) \- Knowledge of tax retention application \- Tracking customer receivables and bank deposit recording \- Sending collection emails to customers \- Supporting accounts payable, banking operations, and document filing \- Assisting in financial statement preparation and analysis of specific accounts \- Verifying issuance of payment vouchers \- Coordinating with clients and internal departments regarding billing \- Other duties inherent to the position Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: Onsite employment
