Request payments to third parties related to VB, document issuance, DTHC, etc. * Forward files to the pickup department after coordinating reception schedules, requesting labor crews or any other special service required by the client, which must be notified to said department. * Coordinate and carry out appropriate cargo routing for clients. * Check applicable free days for demurrage and storage to keep clients informed and track days to avoid incurring such additional costs. * Submit requests via the VUCE system to schedule SENASA inspections. * Schedule SERFOR inspections.
