Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Technical Advisor to provide technical and commercial advice, manage sales, and develop a customer portfolio for outboard motors. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities:*** * Provide technical and commercial advice and follow up on prospects from various channels to close outboard motor sales. * Accurately identify, determine, and code requested spare parts, validating brand, model, year, and serial number. * Manage the existing customer portfolio and develop your own prospect portfolio through planned commercial activities such as leaflet distribution, technical talks, motor demonstrations, trade fairs, port visits, strategic partners, shipyards, and fishermen associations. * Achieve monthly outboard motor sales targets. * Generate spare parts sales opportunities through technical advice, suggestions and/or diagnostics, promotions, and more to meet sales goals. * Oversee delivery of outboard motors, ensuring prior compliance with policies and procedures (e.g., acceptance certificate, demonstration of included accessories, etc.). * Follow up on pending accessory deliveries, coordinating with responsible individuals and departments until full delivery is completed. * Conduct periodic follow-up on the outboard motor customer portfolio, using recorded information to provide recommendations and generate sales opportunities for spare parts, oils, and accessories. * Complete daily and weekly reports. ***2. Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Automotive Engineering. * Knowledge of or experience with outboard motors (desirable). * Technical knowledge of mechanics and spare parts, with ability to advise customers. * Familiarity with and/or experience using CRM systems. * Experience serving workshops and customers both in-person and remotely. * Experience handling measurement tools and diagnostic equipment. * Proficient user-level knowledge of Excel and Word. * English reading proficiency (desirable). * Willingness to travel nationwide. * Valid driver’s license (A1 or higher). * Good physical condition and health suitable for fieldwork. **3.
