Therefore, we are seeking talents who wish to join our Operations and Technology team in the role of **Distributed Software Engineer**. **How will you achieve this?** * **Define technical direction:** Design solution architecture and ensure application scalability, security, and maintainability. * **Provide technical guidance to the team:** Facilitate resolution of technical blockers. * **Ensure code quality:** Supervise and participate in code reviews, promote automated testing, and oversee technical debt and software quality. * **Technically plan work:** Participate in estimation of user stories and tasks, identify technical risks, and define technical priorities jointly with the Product Owner or Project Manager. * **Manage technical debt:** Identify components requiring refactoring, prioritize technical improvements, and balance new features with maintenance. * **Drive best development practices:** Promote CI/CD and document technical decisions. * **Monitor technical performance:** Review quality metrics, analyze application performance, and monitor availability and stability. * **Manage technical risks:** Detect critical dependencies, identify potential bottlenecks, and assess impacts of technological changes. * **Promote continuous improvement:** Conduct technical retrospectives, improve development processes, and drive innovation initiatives. **What do we need from you?** * **Distributed Systems Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience developing backend solutions in distributed environments. * **Artificial Intelligence Applied to Development:** Knowledge of using AI tools and capabilities within the software development lifecycle (AI\-assisted development), including code generation, automated testing, documentation, data analysis, or productivity enhancements. Desired: experience integrating AI models into applications. * **Integrations:** Experience implementing integrations via APIs (REST/SOAP), system-to-system communication, and service orchestration. * **Cloud:** Experience working with Azure or AWS in integration or backend scenarios. * **Batch Processes:** Experience developing or maintaining batch processes, ideally high-volume or mission-critical ones. * **Backend and Databases:** Proficiency in Java and .NET.
