Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to perform manual and mechanical activities in the binding and finishing of printed products, ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. We handle secure and innovative processes by applying **agile methodologies** in project development for Peru’s leading clients in the Utility, Banking & Finance, and Retail sectors, supporting them through their **Digital Transformation.** ***Experience Our Fibra E Culture!*** **We are looking for passionate talent to:** Perform manual and mechanical activities inherent to the bookbinding and/or finishing process for books, magazines, and other printed materials, ensuring quality and compliance with all required specifications. **Your responsibilities will include:** 1\. Prepare materials and equipment to meet the daily production schedule. 2\. Record daily production activities per work order (WO), including quantities processed and labor hours expended; document causes and quantities of defective units per WO. 3\. Record completed and released WOs in the daily quality control and dispatch report for warehouse dispatch. 4\. Perform activities according to parameters specified in the WO, ensuring product quality. 5\. Generate labels for product packaging. 6\. Produce samples or mock-ups per WO prior to starting finishing operations and obtain approval before commencing activities. 7\. Consult your immediate supervisor regarding any ambiguities, incomplete information, or uncertainties in the WO that may affect product quality or cause processing errors. 8\. Promptly inform your immediate supervisor of any causes or events impacting production schedule adherence, as well as non-conformities in in-process material or final product. 9\. Attach five final product samples to the WO for archival purposes, where required by the product. 10\. Perform machine and/or finishing equipment adjustments and cleaning. 11\. Support cutting activities: trimming, squaring, stacking, etc. 12\. Support post-press machinery operations as required. 13\. Maintain order and cleanliness in your workstation and/or work area. 14\. Understand and comply with company-established policies, procedures, standards, controls, etc., applicable to your position across various management systems. 15\. Report any incidents or deviations you become aware of that may impact the organization’s management systems. 16\. Strictly comply with the Internal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health (RISST) and Safe Work Procedures (PETS). 17\. Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company throughout your entire work shift. 18\. Conduct pre-use inspections (checklist) of machinery or tools under your responsibility before starting work and maintain the daily logbook. 19\. Immediately report to your immediate supervisor any incident, accident, near-miss, or unsafe condition/act identified in the work area. 20\. Keep your work area clean and orderly (5S methodology) to prevent trips, falls, or operational interference. 21\. Actively participate in trainings, medical examinations, 5-minute safety talks, and drills organized by the company. 22\.
