We continuously evolve through management focused on operational excellence and remain committed to delivering high-impact services and consulting to our clients and communities. **We invite you to join our team!** We are looking for a **Receptionist** with solid experience and outstanding customer service skills for our flagship pet care center. **Your responsibilities in the team:** * Register and update patient data in the system (VETPRAXIS). * Generate service orders for consultations, procedures, and services. * Collect payments for services (cash and POS). * Guide customers regarding their appointments and payment methods. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **What we’re looking for in you:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Cashier certification course (desirable). * Experience using appointment scheduling systems, billing software, and customer service protocols in clinics. * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. * Availability to work rotating shifts. ***We look forward to meeting you!*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1\.00 per month Application question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectations. * Do you have experience as a counter staff member in medical centers? * Please share your experience in this role. * Are you available to work rotating shifts (morning and afternoon)?
