Position Summary: We are seeking a Collections Specialist responsible for billing, debt tracking, bank reconciliations, and accounting support, with assertive communication and negotiation capabilities. Support in accounting tasks and bank reconciliations. We are currently looking for a COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST to efficiently carry out collections while maintaining polite language and assertive communication. REQUIREMENTS: · University or technical degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields · Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level · Strong negotiation and persuasion skills · Ability to work under pressure · Intermediate-level Excel proficiency · Experience with the Siscont Accounting System (preferred) · High sense of responsibility, organized, critical thinking, and immediate availability for on-site work at our Pueblo Libre office RESPONSIBILITIES: · Responsible for billing and collections, including invoice and receipt registration and tracking. · Contact clients by phone and email to inform them about outstanding debts. · Efficiently establish payment commitments and agreements regarding pending debts. · Follow up on client payment schedules. · Monitor and maintain control over client status. · Perform bank reconciliations. · Provide support for certain accounting tasks. · Achieve assigned targets. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 – S/.1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
