Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer or Fluid Mechanics Engineer with HVAC experience for project supervision, budget preparation, and technical documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in HVAC design software and specialized regulations We are looking for an HVAC Mechanical Engineer and/or Fluid Mechanics Engineer (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). Requirements: \- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC sales professional, supervising air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems (Mandatory). \- Experience in preparing project budgets and maintenance budgets for mechanical ventilation and HVAC systems. \- Existing client portfolio (Desirable). Knowledge: \- Proficiency in cost and budget management, knowledge of quantity take-offs and quotations. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD and reading mechanical and electrical drawings. \- Proficiency in HVAC design software (Elite, Duct Sizer, System Syzer). \- Familiarity with national (E.M.030\) and international (ASHRAE) standards. Responsibilities: \- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs. \- Provide comprehensive supervision of ongoing projects. \- Prepare technical reports, quality dossiers, and all documentation required for project closeout. \- Coordinate work progress updates for valuation and quantity take-off preparation. \- Perform other duties assigned.
