Supervise, coordinate, and control preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Position Objective**
Supervise, coordinate, and control the execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance services for HVAC, refrigeration, air conditioning, pressurization, and associated control systems, ensuring compliance with organizational and client-established standards for safety, quality, environment, and productivity.
**Academic Qualifications**
* Certified Electrical, Mechanical-Electrical, Industrial Engineer or Electrical Technician.
**Experience**
* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions within the hydrocarbons, mining, or large-scale industrial sectors.
* Proven experience in managing and supervising maintenance of industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, pressurization, and climate control systems.
* Experience in HVAC installations and work in classified areas.
**Technical Knowledge**
* Industrial HVAC systems.
* Air handling units, direct expansion equipment, and pressurization systems.
* HVAC control logic and automation.
* Thermal load calculation and equipment sizing.
* Reading and interpretation of electrical, mechanical, and control drawings.
* National and international standards for air conditioning, electricity, and industrial safety.
* Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
* Microsoft Office at user level.
* Intermediate technical English.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for HVAC systems and associated equipment.
* Plan and control work execution, optimizing resources, materials, and intervention time.
* Coordinate with the client on scheduling and execution of services.
* Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental procedures.
* Prepare technical progress reports, results, deviations, and pending tasks.
* Monitor execution timelines and identify opportunities to improve productivity.
* Estimate resources, materials, spare parts, and duration of scheduled activities.
* Verify the technical quality of completed work and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
* Lead assigned technical personnel, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
