Position Summary: Execute approved engineering projects under the Investment Plan, ensuring efficient CAPEX utilization in Industrial Safety and Logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Proactively identify risks and opportunities in projects. **Date:** 16 Jul 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Execute approved engineering projects included in the Investment Plan to ensure efficient implementation of CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) for Industrial Safety and Logistics areas.**What will you do in your role?** * Understand, apply, and promote compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards, aligned with the company’s management systems and applicable legal regulations. * Follow End\-to\-End (E2E) processes per the Corporate Engineering Project Execution Standard, engaging all relevant stakeholders (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Business, etc.) according to respective project phases. * Execute the Investment Plan for your assigned portfolio of projects during the Annual Investment Plan development process. * Support the development of Business Cases for investment projects to implement improvements or meet requirements of industrial plants and distribution warehouses, within the Annual Investment Plan development process. * Collaborate on design, execute procurement and installation, commissioning, and closure (accounting and maintenance master data) of projects assigned to your own portfolio, under the approved Annual Investment Plan for execution. * Adhere to the Scope, Budget, and Schedule of Annual Investment Plan projects assigned to your own portfolio and your team’s portfolio. * Proactively identify risks and opportunities that may impact the development of your project portfolio. * Manage KPIs assigned to your designated area of responsibility. **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical-Mechanical Engineering. * Additional studies in investment project analysis and feasibility. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * 5 years of experience managing comprehensive projects \- End to End. * Advanced English
