Design and documentation of technical solutions and manuals IDM Technology, specialists in IT solutions, is looking for a Junior Visual Basic .Net Programmer Analyst to join a major company in the region. Responsibilities: * Develop functionalities in C#, VB .Net, VB6 and .Net Core for desktop applications and Windows services. * Maintain and enhance internal systems, ensuring their proper operation and technological evolution. * Address incidents and technical requirements related to operational workflows, both physical and digital. * Program and optimize queries in SQL Server databases (2005–2019), including version migrations. * Participate in agile squads, collaborating on support for accounting, financial, and planning processes. * Design and document technical solutions, manuals, and user and support team service workflows. * Interact with external vendors and user departments to resolve complex incidents or implement custom adjustments. * Verify and control changes in repositories to prevent conflicts during production deployments. * Other assigned duties. Requirements: * Academic background in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in the role * Proficiency in programming with C# .Net, VB .Net, VB6 and .Net Core, including development of desktop applications and Windows services. * Experience with SQL Server databases (2005, 2008, 2014, 2017, 2019), including ability to create, maintain, and optimize queries, jobs, and stored procedures, as well as perform migrations. * Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Exactus, SIB, Pensión 65, Portal DIS, and others related to pensions, insurance, accounting, collections, and planning. * Proficiency with version control and deployment tools such as Git or Azure DevOps, including validation of repository conflicts and production deployments. * Experience in developing and integrating web services (REST and SOAP APIs), both consuming and implementing backend services. * Familiarity with agile methodologies and squad-based team collaboration. * Ability to analyze and gather functional and technical requirements. * Capacity to address and resolve production incidents, as well as produce technical documentation and user manuals. * Strong communication skills when interacting with users, development teams, and functional departments.
