Inventory management and proposals for continuous improvement **We’re looking for you!** On behalf of our client, we are seeking top talent for the position of: **Logistics and Operations Assistant – Villa El Salvador** **Responsibilities:** * Support the organization and execution of production processes. * Optimize logistics processes by identifying improvements in time and cost efficiency. * Coordinate product dispatch and pickup routes. * Support packaging and furniture dispatch planning. * Coordinate with workshops and suppliers. * Control inventory and operations using an ERP system. * Propose continuous improvements to operational processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or production. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). * ERP system experience (preferred). * Experience in manufacturing, production, or textile companies is preferred. **Benefits and Working Conditions:** * Market-competitive salary * Formal payroll registration * Work mode: On-site * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Work location: Villa El Salvador. *“At Human Solutions, we promote the employment inclusion of persons with disabilities.”* Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
