If you are ready for a new challenge and wish to join a committed, professional team, we invite you to apply and become part of our story! !Join Our Team! **GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE** Comprehensive Logistics Coordinator – Hardware, Construction, and Metal-Mechanical Sectors **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics management within hardware, construction, metal-mechanical, or industrial companies.** * Experience in procurement, supply, warehousing, inventory control, supplier negotiation, and logistics process optimization. * Intermediate Excel proficiency; experience with inventory management systems or ERP systems (preferred). * Strong planning, organizational, and results-oriented capabilities. * **Flexible working hours (depending on project requirements / daily urgency).** * **Valid Class A-I driver’s license (mandatory).** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** ***Main Activities*** * **Design, implement, and comprehensively manage the company’s logistics department.** * Plan and monitor procurement, supply, warehousing, inventory, and distribution processes. * Manage quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and execute purchases of materials, equipment, and supplies. * Administer warehouse operations and inventory control using Kardex. * **Design and implement logistics management procedures, templates, KPIs, and controls.** * **Optimize logistics processes through continuous improvement, aiming to reduce costs, time, and resources.** * **Analyze logistics KPIs and propose improvement actions to enhance operational efficiency.** * Prepare logistics management documentation and reports for senior management. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational continuity. ***Operational Activities (as required by operations)*** * Receive, store, and dispatch materials, equipment, and supplies. * Prepare, pack, and coordinate delivery or transportation of materials to customers, construction sites, or projects. * Conduct physical inventories and stock control. * Handle emergency purchases and provide field logistics support when necessary. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by management. **COMPETENCIES** * Planning and organization. * Supplier negotiation. * Problem analysis and resolution. * Results orientation. * Proactivity and initiative. * Continuous improvement and process optimization. * Effective communication. * Adaptability and ability to work under pressure. **WORK LOCATION** * Main office located in CHORRILLOS city, and **at related project sites.** Employment type: Full-time **WORKING HOURS** Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (additional flexibility in scheduling may be required as needed) **Please send your portfolio to:** recursoshumanos@tecmeing.com **Salary:** Commensurate with responsibilities and performance Employment type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
