The Metal Welding Master is responsible for carrying out and supervising high-precision welding work in the manufacturing, repair, and assembly of metal structures. Ensures that processes are performed according to quality, safety, and productivity standards, as well as guiding and training assistants. **Requirement: (Specifically manufacturing metal structures for office furniture)** Main Responsibilities: Perform specialized welding (MIG, TIG, and electrode) according to blueprints and technical specifications. Inspect and prepare metal materials to ensure clean and high-quality joints. Supervise, guide, and train assistants and junior welders in safe and efficient techniques. Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to execute projects accurately. Inspect completed welds to verify compliance with quality standards. Adjust welding parameters, select appropriate electrodes, materials, and equipment. Operate welding equipment, requesting maintenance when necessary. Support project planning and technical problem solving. Monday to Friday 8:00 am/1:00 pm and 2:00 pm/7:00 pm. Saturdays 8:00 am until 2:00 pm.
