Job Summary: MP Logistics Outsourcing is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Assistant to support the development, control, and improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, performing administrative and regulatory compliance tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in the development and improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. 2. Conduct brief talks and awareness-raising activities. 3. Supervise working conditions and verify compliance with the IPERC. MP Logistics Outsourcing requires hiring an **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Assistant** for its office in the **Callao**, located just minutes from the Faucett Outlet. This is an on-site position operating **Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.**, under the **MYPE – Small Business payroll scheme**, with a monthly remuneration ranging between **S/ 1,500 and S/ 1,800**, depending on candidate evaluation. The selected candidate will be responsible for **supporting the development, control, and improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System**, undertaking administrative tasks, field visits, and regulatory compliance activities. Proficiency in **Law No. 29783** and prior experience in related roles are mandatory. **Main Responsibilities** * Contribute to the implementation and strengthening of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * Lead brief talks and awareness-raising activities. * Supervise working conditions and verify compliance with the IPERC. * Manage documents, records, trainings, and area metrics. * Prepare follow-up reports and summaries. * Participate in audits, standardization processes, and internal or external inspections. * Visit various operational sites according to the established schedule. **Requirements** * Technical degree holder or graduate/bachelor in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in related positions. * Mandatory knowledge of Law No. 29783 and its regulations. * Experience managing occupational health and safety management systems, documentation, and related operational activities.
