Job Summary: TALLERES LUCAS PERU SAC is seeking a Paint and Packaging Operator to perform washing, degreasing, analysis, preparation and application of paint, and packaging of hydraulic components. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for preparing and applying paint to hydraulic components. 2. Packages products according to customer requirements. 3. Assists in quality control and functional testing. TALLERES LUCAS PERU SAC, specialists in providing hydraulic oil solutions, is seeking a PAINT AND PACKAGING OPERATOR for the city of CALLAO. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education. Technical studies preferred (in progress). \- Minimum 1 year of experience as an assistant in industrial areas. \- Immediate availability to work in Callao (Faucett with Argentina). RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Wash sealed components using special solvents and degrease parts. 2\. Analyze hydraulic components, motors, and pumps, identifying all ports requiring sealing. 3\. Prepare paint color per customer request and proceed with its application. 4\. Prepare transport boxes for products according to customer requirements and hydraulic testing specifications. 5\. Photographically document all process stages, maintaining backups in the system alongside the checklist report contained in the component folder. 6\. Record in the system the history of each component processed in the area. 7\. Maintain inventory control of area materials. 8\. Support the execution of functional tests conducted on the test bench for repaired components. Perform quality control, per established protocol, on completed work orders dispatched by the Technical Service department. 9\. Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area and tools used in daily tasks.
