We operate two cafés in Lima and are looking for a: Pastry Assistant (Junior or Senior) – Miraflores Workshop At Patty Pastelería, we value tradition and attention to detail. If you are passionate about baking, here you will not only work—you will also learn artisanal pastry techniques that have accompanied us for over 30 years. Main Responsibilities: \- Preparation of doughs and bases for cakes, pies, brownies, cookies, and alfajores. \- Preparation of classic desserts: tres leches, cheesecake, flan, mousse, among others. \- Assembling, baking, and decorating cakes and desserts. \- Processing and rounding doughs; preparing frostings, creams, and fillings. \- Fulfilling orders for sweet and savory items (sandwiches, coffee, supermarkets). \- Coating and decorating nougats and specialty products. \- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Assistant in a production workshop or bakery (mandatory). \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \- Technical studies in pastry or gastronomy.
