Job Summary: We are seeking a Transport Scheduler to manage the scheduling of transport units, coordinate with customers and carriers, and resolve incidents in transportation services. We specialize in providing comprehensive solutions to our clients, including customs brokerage, international freight forwarding, integrated logistics services, local and national transportation, warehousing and distribution—delivered through our affiliated companies. We provide full tracking of all our clients' operations. We are currently seeking personnel for our Callao office for the position of TRANSPORT SCHEDULER. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Additional training in transport management, road safety, and fleet management. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a transport scheduler. (MANDATORY) * Prior experience in team management and fleet handling. * Familiarity with DPW, APM, METLOG, and RANSA platforms for scheduling empty and full container appointments. * Knowledge and proficiency in SINTAD. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Residence in areas adjacent to Callao. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create ROI entries in SINTAD to prepare transport unit schedules for internal customers such as ASA GLOBAL and AGL ADUANA, as well as direct AGL customers. * Generate pickup appointments from port and off-port warehouses according to customer-specified time windows (Contrans, dinet, Apm, Dpw). * Coordinate with the maintenance department to identify fully operational units eligible for scheduling. * Enter the final schedule into the SINTAD system. * Inform each driver of their assigned service schedule, attaching their designated pickup appointment with the scheduled time, specifying whether the unit departs with security escort or Hunter. * Homologated. * Coordinate with third-party carriers for unit assignments as required. * Review container return appointments with the Empty Container Assistant. * Record incidents/overcosts in SINTAD for corresponding billing (pernote, re-routing, and container cleaning). * Resolve incidents arising during transportation services, such as address changes, delays in service delivery, etc. * Maintain continuous communication with the customer. * Update information in SINTAD when a unit change is required. * Report the daily schedule via WhatsApp. * Other duties as assigned by the Transport Management team.
