Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to strengthen the Mercury brand presence and develop customers by managing commercial operations and providing customer service and advisory support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily operations of the retail outlet.
2. Prospect and acquire new customers.
3. Develop and strengthen commercial relationships.
We are a company member of SWISS HOLDING AG. Since 1991, we have represented and distributed high-technology products in Peru and Bolivia targeting the automotive, mining, fishing, agricultural, marine, recreational, fitness, aerospace, and other sectors.
Among the main brands we currently represent and distribute are: Ancor, Attwood, Blue Sea, Cobra, Jabsco, Fusion, Garmin, GME, Quicksilver, Ritchie Navigation, Rule, Seachoice, Uflex, Shakespeare, Mercury Marine, Multiflex. We aim to continue incorporating more solutions for the Peruvian market.
**Job Objective:**
Ensure achievement of the retail outlet’s commercial and operational goals while strengthening the Mercury brand presence and customer development in the assigned area.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage the daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring its proper operational and commercial functionality.
* Provide in-person, telephone, and virtual commercial customer service and advisory support.
* Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and commercial opportunities until sale closure.
* Prospect and acquire new customers through field visits and on-site commercial activities within the assigned area.
* Coordinate supply, restocking, and basic inventory control at the retail outlet.
* Supervise proper presentation, product display, and commercial image of the premises and products.
* Develop and strengthen commercial relationships with strategic customers and businesses related to the sector.
* Identify business opportunities and propose actions aimed at increasing sales and enhancing brand positioning.
* Prepare commercial reports related to sales, visits, and prospective customers.
* Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on operational, administrative, and commercial requirements.
**Requirements:**
* Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related fields.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in commercial management, sales, or retail store administration.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial systems.
* Availability for on-site work and field commercial visits.
