They are responsible for the production phase of museums and exhibitions. Tasks include on-site production work coordination. **Candidate Requirements** ACCIONA, through its Construction Business Unit, requires a SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER to participate in a tender process for the Groundside Construction of an airport located in the Southern Sierra region. **REQUIREMENTS** **Academic Qualifications:** * University graduate holding a degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines. * Professional registration and licensure: Currently registered and licensed with the corresponding Peruvian College of Engineers. * Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 for planning, development, and control of project schedules, as well as application of performance metrics (EVM, DCMA 14-Point, among others). * **Language:** Fluent English or Spanish (for candidates whose native language is neither Spanish nor English, valid language proficiency documentation must be submitted to demonstrate communication capability. Acceptable documentation includes: an advanced-level Spanish or English language certificate issued by a recognized language center). **Experience:** * Minimum 7 years of general professional experience since graduation or issuance of the corresponding diploma. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, such as Construction Scheduler and/or Senior Planning Engineer and/or Planning Engineer and/or Planner and/or Planning Engineer, Planning Specialist and/or equivalent positions. * Experience in similar projects, i.e., management of large-scale building projects. * Proven participation in at least two projects managed under NEC and/or FIDIC contracts. **Location:** * Willingness and ability to reside and work in Cusco city for the duration of the project. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop, update, and monitor the project master schedule, considering all disciplines and execution phases. * Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and cost control departments to ensure consistency of the overall plan. * Analyze and report physical and schedule progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Participate in technical coordination meetings and client meetings, presenting planning reports and schedule recovery scenarios. * Monitor compliance with contractual milestones, intermediate deliverables, and final completion deadlines. * Implement project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or other specialized software). * Support risk management related to schedules and execution sequencing.
