We are looking for the best talent to join us as: **SSOMA ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Diploma or Specialization Course in SSOMA. * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001. * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. * Advanced Excel skills. **What challenges will I face?** * Serve as a prevention specialist for our external clients. * Ensure strict use of all PPE by both our personnel and third parties. * Identify unsafe acts and conditions and document them for corrective action. * Strictly supervise security personnel regarding compliance with entry requirements for both our personnel and third parties. * Verify cleanliness standards at contractor work sites. * Conduct monthly safety inspections of first-aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency equipment. * Support the SSOMA Coordinator in client homologation processes, gathering evidence, required documentation, and addressing observations from various homologating entities. * Verify that operational staff correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to their assigned tasks. * Validate that personnel have all required tools for their specific tasks and that such tools are in good working condition. * Report incidents, accidents, hazardous conditions, and observed service deviations using established formats. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment and job stability. * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Ongoing training opportunities.
