




Provide comprehensive advisory services to clients and companies in the management of vehicle claims, ensuring an agile, transparent process that complies with current regulations, with the aim of guaranteeing insured satisfaction and operational efficiency of the company. Responsibilities: * Register, validate and classify vehicle accident reports. * Guide the insured on the steps to follow, required documentation and response times. * Review and organize police reports, technical reports, photographs and statements. * Supervise repairs, budgets and technical assessments. * Monitor the progress of each claim until closure. * Ensure processes comply with insurance and traffic legislation. Candidate Profile * Degree in Administration, Law, Automotive Engineering or related fields (desirable) * Knowledge of insurance, traffic regulations and claims processes. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cases simultaneously. * Proficiency in digital tools and claims management systems.
