Position Summary: MIOCOTTON is seeking a creative Graphic and Audiovisual Design Intern to manage the brand’s visual and audiovisual content—primarily for social media—and to support catalog and campaign development. We stand out for the quality of our garments, attention to detail, and a visual identity that conveys tenderness, elegance, and freshness in every collection. **Position Objective** To create and manage Miocotton’s graphic and audiovisual content, primarily for social media. The intern will be responsible for planning the monthly content grid, designing visual assets, and producing videos aligned with the brand’s identity and commercial objectives. Additionally, the intern will support the development of catalogs, campaigns, seasonal launches, trade fairs, and commercial materials. **Main Responsibilities** ● Plan the monthly Instagram content grid: define concepts, visual references, formats, and publication dates for posts, campaigns, and launches. ● Design digital assets: posts, carousels, stories, Reels covers, banners, and other materials for social media, websites, trade fairs, and printed materials. ● Produce audiovisual content: prepare scripts, mood boards, and shot lists; record and edit Reels, product videos, garment production process videos, and model-based content. ● Photograph products and lifestyle content; retouch images, correct color, and adapt files to various formats and channels. ● Design and layout seasonal or launch-specific collection catalogs in both Spanish and English. ● Research design, video, and digital content trends; use AI tools to assist in generating text, images, and visual resources. ● Organize the digital archive of photographs, videos, designs, and graphic resources; coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to deliver content according to the established calendar. **Requirements** ● Currently enrolled in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields. ● Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. ● Familiarity with complementary editing tools: Lightroom, CapCut, or similar. ● Basic experience in social media design, product photography, and video editing. ● Knowledge of Instagram formats, trends, and best practices. ● Basic or intermediate English for adapting catalogs and commercial materials. ● Interest in AI tools applied to design and content creation. **Competencies** ● Creativity and strong aesthetic judgment. ● Attention to detail and rigor in execution. ● Organization and adherence to deadlines. ● Proactivity in proposing ideas and anticipating team needs. ● Ability to maintain a consistent visual identity over time. ● Responsibility and autonomy in project management. ● Gentle and patient demeanor during photo sessions with babies, children, and families. **What We Offer** ● Practical experience with a children’s fashion brand having national and international presence. ● Active participation in campaigns, product launches, photo sessions, and catalog production. ● Learning opportunities in branding, digital marketing, and AI applied to design. ● A creative, dynamic, and excellence-oriented work environment. ● Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (flexible schedule) ● Potential for continued employment and growth within the team. **How to Apply?** **Send your CV and portfolio to our email: belen@cottonperu.com** **\+51 980 265 385** We look forward to your application and are excited to discover your creativity and passion for children’s fashion! *Miocotton · Peru* Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
