Drive data-driven improvements in digital content and user experience **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage and optimize digital content, ensuring timely and high-quality information for efficient customer navigation. 1\. Team leader of 4 content analysts 2\. Plan and supervise continuous improvement initiatives for web and app navigation experience, optimizing catalog structure, menus, taxonomy, and product presentation to maximize conversion. Ensure efficient time-to-market for product publishing through continuous process optimization 3\. Coordinate with internal and external teams for product content creation, ensuring quality standards for photographs, descriptions, and enriched media 4\. Design, standardize, and optimize operational processes, incorporating automation, AI, and continuous improvements to increase operational efficiency, scalability, and quality. 5\.
