We are seeking an **Accounting Manager** with proven experience in similar roles and expertise in comprehensive, robust, and integrated accounting. ***Send your CV to the Human Resources contact number: 994056183*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * University-trained accountant, licensed or bachelor's degree holder. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as coordinator, supervisor, accounting officer, or similar role. * Thorough and solid knowledge of general, financial, and tax accounting. * Mastery of tax regulations, IGV (VAT), income tax, withholding taxes, deductions, perceptions, and SUNAT filings. * Experience in monthly and annual accounting closings. * Proficiency in electronic accounting books, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Willingness to work on-site in Breña. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise the accounting department. * Review purchase, banking, import, payroll, accruals, and provision records. * Prepare and/or review tax filings. * Prepare accounting and financial reports for management. * Monitor compliance with accounting, tax, and labor obligations. * Respond to SUNAT inquiries and internal audits. * Perform appropriate cost calculations for imported products, applying relevant accounting concepts. **COMPETENCIES:** * Leadership and ability to manage supervised personnel. * Orderliness, responsibility, and technical judgment. * Analytical ability and capacity to work under pressure. * Effective communication and results orientation. **WE OFFER:** * MYPE payroll registration from the first month. * Fixed salary of S/2,500 or more, depending on experience. * Overtime compensation.
