




Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Entry Analyst to manage client onboarding, maintain records, extract financial information, and generate ad hoc reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage client onboarding and update records using CRM. 2. Extract financial information and generate ad hoc reports. 3. Identify process failures and propose solutions. JOB DESCRIPTION On behalf of our client, we are looking for a **Data Entry\-Analyst** to perform the following: Main Responsibilities: * Facilitate client onboarding-related activities (e.g., document review and upload, AML searches, etc.). * Use CRM and other company systems to create, maintain, and update client records. * Extract financial information from brokerage account statements and input data into various investment analysis systems and Microsoft Excel. * Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues identified by functional team members and Financial Advisor teams. * Generate ad hoc reports based on business needs and respond to related inquiries. * Ensure accuracy of generated reports and information provided to other key stakeholders. * Reconcile information across multiple CRM systems. * Provide client support through inbox management and email routing. * Identify process failures and propose solutions to drive simplification and effectiveness within the functional team. * Comply with company control policies and procedures. * Other assigned duties. REQUIREMENTS * 0–3 years of experience in data entry or customer service. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business, or related fields. * Interest in the financial sector. * Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. * Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while keeping the team informed of pending items. * Experience with Salesforce (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel. * Advanced English
