Job Summary: We are seeking security personnel to protect facilities, control access, prevent crimes, and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Crime prevention and incident management **Location:** * Ventanilla, Callao **Compensation:** * S/ 1,500\.00 per month **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * Must reside in the district of Ventanilla (mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * Conduct surveillance and protection of the construction site office, as well as its assets and facilities, performing necessary inspections, records, and preventive actions. * Carry out identity checks for individuals, inspection of personal belongings, parcels, and vehicles at building entrances and interior areas. * Control entry and exit of staff, visitors, suppliers, and contractors. * Conduct regular surveillance patrols inside and around the construction site office. * Verify compliance with company-established security regulations. * Provide guidance and information to workers, visitors, and suppliers regarding access to and presence within the facilities. * Prevent criminal acts, damage to property, or administrative violations. * Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information related to company operations, activities, and documentation. * Immediately report any incident, anomaly, or risk situation to the designated responsible person. * Support other job-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
